This week we've got some new Atelier details, a look at the Final Fantasy OST, and more Breath of Fire music than you can shake a stick at.  Your news from Japan, now posted on Mokuyoubi.

Spent some time on the Persona 3 website already. One of the few games that really has me excited these days... the fact that I'm currently on a run through Eternal Punishment doesn't ease my pain. >_>

One little nitpick:  although they share the same kanji, "kin" is gold, "kane" is metal.  I've also always thought that it was an interesting coincidence that Japanese and English share the same roots for the origin of their names for Sunday and Monday.

On an on-topic note, I might have to pick up that BoF soundtrack box, especially if they're including the tracks that they forgot to include in the previous soundtracks...

Hmm, I've attempted to submit letters about three times, but they didn't seem to make it through. Wonder what I'm doing wrong?

Hehe, I'll try posting a few random questions here.

How much do haircuts (for men) cost in Japan, and are western style haircuts fairly easy to obtain?

Also, how do people commonly listen to CDs and such over there? I live in an apartment in the US and generally avoid using speakers so I don't disturb my neighbors. I figured due to everyone crowding into cities, this would be an even bigger problem over there. Do they mostly use headphones?

Plus the Japanese girl I knew in FFXI always wanted to make a party just to chat - so we didn't disturb other people in the game. So she, at amy rate, placed a high emphasis on not disturbing folks....
