I'm quite excited by what details we know about this game. I look forward to seeing some screens and art as they get released.

Well, since as far as we know the 3DS is backwards compatible, they'll probably keep bringing out DS games for at least a year after it's release, maybe even 2. Atlus usually localizes stuff like this, so I don't see why we wouldn't get it.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw the Radiant and History, thinking obviously a sequel to Radiata. Tragically it is not this, but still, the name alone caught my attention so thats cool.

I wouldn't say that's too far off the mark. A lot of the same team members are working on it, from what I've read elsewhere.
