And lo, a collective murmuring of "WTF?" emanated from the crowd as Sega revealed that Yakuza Of the End will be a zombie game. Don't believe me? It's all in the trailer.

This is just a side-story, right? I'm not sure I'd like zombies to actually become canon within the series.

Pretty sure it's just a side story. Sega has confirmed that it's not intended to actually be "The End" of the series, while simultaneously threatening that the series could end if people don't buy enough copies.
