One of the most important tactical RPGs of all time will return to our shores in just a few more months. With all of these great games coming out in spring, I wish I could delay Christmas.

sweet, i was expecting to have to wait until the end of march for it. i like February more for gaming.
Hells to the yeah, Tactics Ogre and Ys I & II Chronicles in the same month.
Now, back to The Sly Collection.
The article has been updated with some information on the game's preorder bonus.
Nice, glad we're getting the deck of tarot cards like Japan did, was already planning on pre-ordering anyways.
It's not even listed on amazon.ca yet as far as I can tell.
I'll be playing it.
Wonder if they'll have a special edition too.
CURRENTLY PLAYING:
Ni No Kuni
Fire Emblem Awakening
Wild Arms 5: B+
Breath of Fire IV (PSVITA): A+

Final Fantasy Tactics A2: B
Code of Princess: B+
Gungrir (PSVITA): C+
Tales of the Abyss (3DS): B+
Mass Effect 3: A
I've always wanted to play a Tactics Ogre. Suppose I'll start here. The preorder bonus might just be cool enough to warrant preordering it.
Wow.. is it a full illustrated deck (7 of cups, etc.) or just the major Arcana?
I can't wait to play the game, but I'm not sure what I would do with a tarot deck. I suppose either way it's artwork which is a good thing. I hope there's word on a collector's edition of some sort.
Not as much of an answer to your post specifically but about special editions...
If they make one for Tactics Ogre and it's going to be as lackluster as the (european) ones for FFXIII, Dissidia and Birth By Sleep then I have to question why they even bother. I mean, what you get is pretty much just previews of what would have been included if Squareenix wasn't such greedy bastards and nothing substantial. Their standard 40 to 50-something page "artbook" feels just like extensions of the manual and rarely contains any art of interest you haven't seen before, like character/enviormental sketches. Their "musical selections" are jokes and they could at least try to fill up the entire disc with 20+ something songs instead of the +/- 10 songs you actually get. What are you going to do with artcards? Especially when they are double sided so you can't even look at them all at the same time also, copyright info printed on each side obstructing the art.
The free pack-in disc for FFX was way better in every regard and guess what? They didn't charge $15 bucks extra for it. This is bull, they need need to look at XSEED and take note of how they are doing special editions cause it's practically the same but with twice as much content while the company itself is peanuts compared to Squareenix.
