Is Nintendo doing a Valentine's Day favour to the partners of RPGamers by giving them a great gift idea? Or is it doing them a disservice as their partners fidget through dinner? We'll find out soon, as Dragon Quest VI is out on February 14th.

Hehe! Finally coming here. I wonder how much it will take to a DQ fan blow up in joy.
Never buy a game published by D3 Publisher that is not WKCII. They cheated on their fans by releasing a game that they didn't support not even for a year and they released a rushed translation.
*eats shoe leather*
Never expected them to squeak this out before the 3DS launch.
So long & thanks for all the fish!
Yay for Nintendo! If this game gets marketed as well as DQIX was, it should sell well and hopefully we'll get Dragon Quest X as well.

February 14th? I was NOT expecting it that soon.
Good job Nintendo. Now for your next trick, do Xenoblade.

Ah, Nintendo, bastion of advance word for the masses being withheld.
No matter, I suppose I'll have to play this. Considering the SNES game was championed by some as on par with the best of the RPGs on the system, though I never played the import.
Live and let live, that's what I say. Anyone who can't understand that should be killed. It's a simple philosophy, but it's always worked well in my family.
F*** yes, take that GameFAQs doubters.
Yay! This news makes me happy! We don't even have to wait all that long for it to come out either!
In honor of this announcement, I've started my first playthrough of Dragon Warrior... yes, the first one.

You probably won't be playing DQ VII or VIII anytime soon, then.

I believe Xenoblade is still being called "Monado: Beginning of the World" according to Nintendo's NoA release schedule. Arceus knows if this name will change to "Xenoblade" when the release is better confirmed, though.
Anyway, I am still in the process of playing my first Dragon Quest game. Still, it's cool I'll be able to play this game whenever I get to it

It's happy dance time!
Finally, we get some news about Dragon Quest VI "The Realms of Reverie".
Lets hope Americans, Canadians, and all North Americans will get access to this great game at the same time.
Once its available, I'll buy a copy of it right away.
This is great news, plus it helps alleviate my worry about Xenoblade coming over. Since they announced DQ6 less than two months before its release date, there's a good chance there will be a similarly short gap between the announcement of Xenoblade and its release.
