I can't recall off hand which Xeno game had the anime anatomy in it (Gears or Saga) but they're both rated T for teen. And the first time I ever saw that trope used was in the Sailor Moon dub which aired at 8 in the morning on a major network. So yeah, it doesn't seem to be a problem if they just don't draw the naughty bits.

Edit: Gilgamesh starts out as a bad guy in FFV, but his face turn is one of the most epic moments in the series.

I must admit I'm surprised no one talked about that hottest 25 female characters list that Nyx showed us in the Misc. gaming forum. I'm sure lots of us have different opinions, and very few of us would include Miranjaw on our lists.

i would play FFXIV more if it had the AH so i can easily get rid of my crap.. besides all i do when i login is do levequests. level. started doing more storyline/city quests to past the time.. a friend of mine in FFXI made an interesting observation that i totally agree with. that being if they took FFXIV graphics and put it into FFXI. would be the best. game. evar. i know FFXIV wanted to be more solo-friendly.. but we need more group activities like what whoever was talking about that on the podcast.. like a besieged, or a campaign. where you join together and beat up super tough mobs. much too peaceful in eorzea.

also.. tidus is hot. i enjoy his face. he is hilarious. i don't find him annoying at all.. i enjoy his nipples. and it's totally tide-us. that other pronounciation is just wrong. just sounds.. so wrong..

Whoooeeee! Just caught up on the last four podcasts at work today while stocking the order. Such an overwhelming amount of rpg talk that I can't even process it well enough to actually comment on gaming related stuff, but since I heard my name mentioned on one of the eps a few weeks back I figured I'd better at least respond to that. However I'm afraid my response to the translation request might disappoint. Because, seriously, that one was just too damn easy, especially after I already gave you the numbering system. If I were to find a different way to say it I think I'd actually render it more obscure. I swear, if E-40 ever actually drops his Dictionary Book of Slang (which I wouldn't count on, he's been promising it every year for over a decade now) I'll find a way to send Chris a copy. In the meantime best I can do for you is to drop a hint in the form of the hook from Keak da Sneak's classic track "Alright Cool".
