This is gonna be a great year for hack'n'slash dungeon crawler RPG's. Heck, this is looking like a great year for all video games. Period.
This is a surprise . . . I was expecting to have to wait quite a while longer for this game. This is definitely one of my most anticipated games of the year along with Skyrim and the possibly/probably delayed Diablo III, but I'm really not sure what to expect from it. The screenshots and few videos I've seen look really nice. I love the hack-and-slash genre, but Torchlight didn't really do it for me, so this is the big one for me pre-Diablo3.

Yes, that sort of pre-oirder is actually good. I'm more talking about the DLC nonsense.

Steam for me. I don't have the first two games. Heck, I haven't even played the second one.
The first two Dungeon Siege's were super fun. Obsidian manning this one means that I'm cautiously optimistic. On one hand, they've made some absolute awesome sequels to good games storywise. But on the other, they are REALLY bad at QA. Like... EPICALLY bad at QA.
Fingers crossed that this comes out and doesn't require immediate patching.
It's not nearly as bad as the shenanigans EA's been pulling lately though.
Steam for me if I decide to drop money on this.

I know. I've lost all interest in Dragon Age 2 at the moment, will wait for the inevitable Complete edition.
That's why it's good that Square Enix is involved. Obsidian seems to work best with adult supervision.
