Also, more DLC related news has been released. First off, in Japan, Helmetless Warrior of Light is already available for download, for free. Secondly, they have announced the new outfit that comes with FFIV Complete: original sprite-design Cecil. Pictures of both can be seen here.

Secondly, the first set of DLC that will be sold independently has been announced. Currently, it's only character art. The outfits are for Zidane and Kuja:
