Since it is a Virtual Console release. Will it just be a straight emulation of the SNES version or Playstation version? Or is it going to be based off of the DS version with the pokemon dungeon and the 57 more endings. Making it a grand total of 1,337 endings.

This will be an emulation of the SNES version, so no cutscenes or other things that were added in later editions.

I've already played this to death on multiple platforms.
I'd play it again if they beefed the graphics, but they won't.
They did, however, send a cease & desist letter to some folks who were doing just that.

Well, if you want beefed-up graphics or other game enhancements, don't look to Virtual Console. VC is pretty much just an emulator.

Same. Instead, Square just wants to keep making FF games. I wouldn't mind if the FF games were better (I'm still hoping that Versus will be great), but there's not really been anything like Chrono Trigger (IMO) since they made it. Especially with the Dual and Triple Tech system. I've never seen another game do something that awesome. =/
