$6 for Link's Awakening DX is a pretty good deal.

Um, $6? That's like half of what it would cost me to buy the cartridge in a store over here. I'd agree that this is more than a fair price for that gem.
Not worth it for me. But only because I still have my cart. If I didn't, five or six dollars is totally reasonable.
It's because of the common perception that old games must be cheaper than new ones. Since DX has been out for thirteen years, and its visuals are equivalent to that of a ten-cent app, it must be appropriately priced like a ten-cent app: either free, or close to free.
not to mention the fact that some people have gotten used to emulators for their vintage gaming needs, it's tough to go from a massive library of free to small library at $6 per game.
