This is the only thing on the 3DS I really want. The first Paper Mario was excellent, and TTYD was pretty great too.
Yeah, although there are a number of things I want on 3DS, I'll probably buy mine when this puppy comes out. It looks gorgeous and fun.

Paper Mario in 3-D? We've got to stop making paradoxes that destroy the universe.....

Despite paradoxes and the like, this game is why I am considering finally getting a 3DS. Love the Paper Mario series, so I am really looking forward to it.
With the addition of Luigi's Mansion 2, Kid Icarus - Uprising, and Super Mario 3DS there is a good chance I will finally take the plunge.
Why is it a paradox? Despite being flat, paper is still a 3-dimensional object. In fact, the Paper Mario series has regularly and consistently made use of the 3-dimensional properties of paper, and this looks to be no exception to that rule. It's a perfect game for stereoscopic 3D.

I am very much looking forward to this. While I'll be getting a 3DS fairly soon since my top screen on my DS stopped working (been playing DS games on my sister's), this game looks to be a very good reason to get one.

Note: Attempt at humor failed. For the record, I realize the way they use the paper and how that would be good for 3-D, especially some cool pop-up book effects in the locales. And should I ever find the money for a 3DS, it will be on my list of games to buy. I just find it funny that a game series that emphasizes flatness (Except the gimmick Super Paper Mario utilizes that kind of wore off its coolness in an hour) is given an iteration on a system where its prime selling point is dimensions.

For those who own a 3DS, I recommend watching the trailer in 3D. Some of the effects (like the paper slicing effect near the end) are really eye-popping. Easily the most noticeable use of 3D I've ever seen on the system.
