My bet is a remake of an older Tales game for the Vita. I would bet for a new 3DS Tales game, but the countdown is too long for an announcement at tonight's big 3DS conference. We're already getting Tales of the Abyss 3DS anyways...

I'm betting on a new game, just because I think they'd tease it differently if it were a remake. Might not be a flagship title, though. Maybe it's a rhythm game for the 3DS starring chibi versions of series characters! Nah, nobody would ever do a thing like that...

The teaser site for Tales of Xillia... was Next Tales Of... this teaser site says New Tales..so it probably wont be a mothership title...so my guess, is that it's going to be handheld, perhaps for the Vita... And it'll be either an escort title to a previous mothership title (Tales union suggested that the font was similar to the Tales of Destiny series so it could be an escort title tied in there) or it could be a port of the Tales of Destiny games 1 and 2?.. OR Radiant Mythology 4...

Rumors are that the game is Tales of Innocence R for the Vita, which could explain why Namco re-registered the "Tales of Innocence" name in the US not too long ago.

Really? Uggh. Tales of Hearts would be much more deserving of a second life on the Vita.

So it looks like the Tales of Innocence R rumors were correct, but that's not the game that the teaser site is counting down to. The site is now slashed in half, with ToI on one half and a countdown that is now back up to two days on the right. We'll have an official story on ToI up later.

Well there you have it, 1/2 of this pony show is going to be a re-release. It'll be interesting to see if it gets slated for the U.S. (Does that depend on how well Tales of the Abyss and Graces F do?) I'm not clamoring for Tales of Innocence, but I'm still interested for the second count down.

To be clear, the countdown reset with a new timer of 3 days (currently at just over 2 days).

The first countdown was to the reveal of ToI.

The first countdown went up a day for me at one point as well, so I wasn't sure what the heck the darn thing has been doing.

The timer has expired. It's Tales of the Heroes: Twin Brave for the PSP. BOOOO! Good news for all you portable players though. I guess I really should be concentrating on the possibility of Xillia coming out in English.

What the hell?! It's not an RPG. It's an action game! It looks like they want to lean towards two players with this one. If they're not, they should be because it looks like it's gonna be a "kill thousands of people in the middle of a war" game and there are "twin braves" after all.
