Seriously though, I hope this comes out in the U.S.
Most likely a day one import for me, I've loved everything Mistwalker has put out.
Now with Xenoblade coming, I have more hope for this coming to US as well. I've started paying a bit more attention and it looks quite good.
This looks pretty cool.
The title really seems to directly refer to Final Fantasy, especially if you know where the name originally came from.
The story I must admit does not sound in the least bit interesting, but I hope this description only scratches the surface and it's actually a lot more complex and involving than "band of heroes against evil empire". On the plus side I'm ever so happy to hear Uematsu is doing another JRPG soundtrack; with the right music even the most predictable storyline will seem like a great saga.

You really mean when it was announced or do you mean when the release date is? So far it doesn't have a release date but it was announced together with Xenoblade if I remember right...
too bad there's no US release becase a mess of RPGamers doing action RPG stuff together online would be pretty fun...
