Kind of weird to see "Bruce Willis" in a rpg, heh.

Lol. I should have explained that part a bit more. Bruno Delinger was the main character of ダイナマイト刑事 (Dynamite Cop), but when they ported the game to the US, someone had the bright idea to buy the rights to rename the game Die Hard Arcade. Bruno was already based on McClane, so it wasn't much of a jump. When the second game in the series was brought over, however, they weren't able to secure the Die Hard naming rights, so that game was just called Dynamite Cop.

I get the feeling it will have a battle system similar to Super robot wars endless frontier.

Seems from how Gaijin talked about it either SRWOG:EF with possibly a smattering of Namco X Capcom. Since the whole combo system using directional pad was in that. It was also in another SRPG but i can't remember the name.
