Odds are due to how many IPs are involved itll never leave japan.
Sad but true. It's billed as a three-company affair, but the copyright page lists five companies, and if you turn back the clock to when a lot of these games were made, that list jumps to eight or nine (since merged). And that's not even getting into the potential issues with overseas licensing...
Well, that figures. Sega doesn't care, Namco Bandai probably won't bother, and Atlus is unlikely to try that hard when it requires so much work. Naturally, I'd enjoy it a lot.
Live and let live, that's what I say. Anyone who can't understand that should be killed. It's a simple philosophy, but it's always worked well in my family.

The producer of Tekken is pushing for Namco Bandai to localize it, so don't give up hope!
Miracles do happen, and I really hope it happens with this game. Still, I cannot hold my breath over it.
I would buy this game in a heart beat if I could understand the language. I really want to learn Japanese anyway, but I'd prefer to not wait until I'm able to do that obviously. As it so happens every game I play that has cameos of some sort that I really like ends up making me look into the games I haven't played. For instance, Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne got me to buy the very recently released Devil May Cry 3 because Dante was pretty badass. Even games like Super Smash Bros. makes me look up games online. I don't know how common that is amongst gamers, but I can't really help but be interested like that.

Oh yeah, I did a LOT of research to figure out just what I was facing at any given time. It also made me appreciate how closely some of the battle maps synch with the levels to various action games
