No, based on what CDP has revealed it will almost certainly be an action RPG loosely adapted from the pnp rules.

Looks awesome. Curious to see some gameplay though. Also, when the author said "next gen" did he mean the future gen consoles as in ps4? Bc sometimes I hear the ps3/360 referred to as next gen consoles. I feel stupid asking this question lol

Don't expect the game until around 2015. So it won't be on current gen consoles and you'll probably need a new graphics card by then to run this on high settings.
i don't think ti was raining enough for it really count as cyberpunk
