RPG Cast is back from its short hiatus with a couple hours of RPG related fun! CES brought us new gadgets to be cynical about. Monster Hunter and Demon's Souls show two different ways to manage your online servers. Also Gas Powered Games may or may not have a kickstarter project.

The Numenera game is not only being worked on by ex-Torment staff, but also being lead by Kevin Saunders, the lead designer of Neverwinter Nights 2: Mask of the Betrayer. For however much that's worth.

RPGs I'm excited for in 2013, in rough order of release: Fire Emblem, Monster Hunter 3G (3DS), Soul Hackers, Pokemon XY, Soul Sacrifice, SMTIV.

You could also include Pandora's Tower on that list. Also, is Pokemon XY the announcement of CES that will move the most hardware, or am I crazy?

Edit: This might have been corrected later, but Giant Bomb's Most Disappointing was Assassin's Creed 3 w/Mass Effect 3 and Resident Evil 6 as runners-up. I don't even recall hearing FFXIII-2 come up in the discussion.

@sabin1001 The gamestick uses a lousy chinese made ARM chip. The GPU is a 2core Mali400. http://tomkanok.wordpress.com/2012/0...-architecture/ … Ouya is much stronger.
