Phew, glad to see Celceta, or 'that other game I got a vita for' is gonna get a release then.
This announcement is Ysy to enjoy

Come Fall getting a Vita will be an Ysy purchase.
Granted, not the only game I'd get for it, but enough to make me buy one.
I'm happy to see Rune Factory back in XSEED's hands. The company did a fantastic job with RF: Frontier, and Natsume has done some pretty sloppy localization jobs lately, especially with RF: Tides of Destiny. Now I'm super-jazzed for RF 4!

I was waiting for this day![]()
I expected Ys Celceta would come but nice to finally have a confirmation. Along with this, Soul Sacrifice, and Muramasamy Vita will be happy this year.
I'll also buy Ys I & II Chronicles+ of course, haven't played my PSP version yet which I may just keep sealed now. Will look into Killer Is Dead, Grasshopper are talented but I haven't enjoyed everything they produce. Same goes for Valhalla Knights 3, I hear it looks better than the other games in the series. Now I'll have to pay attention since it's been announced. As for Rune Factory, I have 2 and Tides unplayed, I will make sure to at least try both before 4 comes out.
Sadly there's no TiTS SC here. Oh well. Glad to see the rest of you really enjoy the announcements, and now the VITA has at least one exclusive that I'd buy. Still needs more to warrant a system purchase, but I know I'll be jealous later this year when you guys are enjoying Celceta.

Too many Legend of Heroes games for Xseed to catch up... And now we have this:

Never buy a game published by D3 Publisher that is not WKCII. They cheated on their fans by releasing a game that they didn't support not even for a year and they released a rushed translation.
I knew Celceta was a shoe-in, but also a Steam port of Ys 1+2? Oh XSeed, you know just how to butter me up. Just get me a port of Ys VI: Ark of Napishtim, and then you will have my marriage proposal.

Oh good, now I can finally talk about RF4 lol
Xseed, Atlus and NISA are the only Publishers that I only trust. Xseed is surely the best and I'm glad that they had become the main Publisher of Nihon Falcom.

Statement has been qualified, carry on with excellent discussion.
I bought a Vita a little while back, mainly to play Persona 4 and Disgaea 3 (2 games I own on other consoles that just seem better suited to portable systems), and resigned myself to hope for more RPGs in the near future. Looks like that is starting to happen, with this and the recent Muramasa announcement. Very welcome news.
I bought a Vita back during Amazon's Thanksgiving weekend sale purely because I was betting on Celceta, and now I'm satisfied.
But I might pick up Muramasa, too, depending on how much they decide to charge for the DLC.
Well at this point assuming all these Ys games on steam are doing well for them I'd be surprised if they didn't bring Ys VI to steam.
I couldn't disagree with this statement more. This is Falcom, they of the many ports and re-releases. For all we know they could be working on getting TitS games on steam, and the presence of PS3 ports provides yet another possibility. With steam especially there's no real "closing window". So don't give up!

A plethora of port possibilities for sure, but not much help without an English script. If XSEED has some kind of formula for text amount vs. sales estimate, it doesn’t bode well...I just hope they're far enough along to be pot committed. And I don't know what to make of the Aeria/iOS situation.
I’m not giving up yet, just less optimistic than I was before these announcements for fear resource allocation may be trailing off...
