It really is too bad, because the right ingredients are certainly there. If more of the game were like the final dungeon it would have been a far better game.

Sounds like it's as hard as Dark Spire but not near as good. I'll pass. I don't mind some frustration if the mechanics and gameplay are good.

I wonder why they always clone or do takes on the original Wizardry as opposed to Wizardry circa 6-8.
