Final Fantasy XIV Improving in the Near Future

A Realm Reborn managed to revive a game that was once considered one of RPGamer's biggest letdowns and has turned it into one of our biggest addictions. Let's see if A Realm Awoken can continue the trend.

I'm really terrified by those Extreme Mode primals. Especially Titan's...it was already too easy to wipe in Hard Mode of his fight. The Extremes for Ifrit and Garuda however will be a welcome challenge.

    The moogle fight looks hilarious!

Cool to see so much content coming in before I've hit the level cap. Treasure hunting should be fun

Only thing that disappoints me about this patch is the 1 item per week limit on loot you can obtain from Crystal Tower. Otherwise I'm looking forward to everything else.

So it's like The Binding Coil of Bahamut's Turns then? Damn, that really sucks.

I initiated my first month of paid subscription earlier than originally anticipated just to ensure that I acquired enough pieces of Darklight equipment to prepare myself in time for the new dungeons and bosses. Truly, I am looking forward to this patch!
