    European Nintendo Direct Round-Up

Today's Nintendo Direct included a few items of interest for RPGamers in Europe. Check inside for news relating Etrian Odyssey, Child of Light, and the final part of the Guild 01 series, plus some new footage of Monolith Soft's upcoming Wii U title.

X is looking more and more exciting for me.
What I have seen and done to achieve my position defies belief. What I am capable of and will be party to in order to retain it would chill your soul.

I'll agree with the X hype. It still looks really good (even if they probably could have made a better choice about how to present it), and I still want to see more.

I'm kinda surprised the button timing circles are back, though. Makes everything look even more like Xenoblade.

What is it with Japan and hunting giant creatures who are just hanging around minding their own business?

Yeah, that poor Godzilla just seemed to want some peace and quiet, when they come along and drop depth charges on him.

... Oh wait, haha. I guess you were just talking about it happening in games and not real life.

Stayed tuned for future updates indeed. Still, anything about X is a good thing my book.

A DS is the original iteration; the Lite came along later, and is lighter, has a better light, and has a different/compact shape. The DSi is a Lite with a camera and small enhancements built in which about 50-75 games worldwide take advantage of. Which is best? None of them, unless you plan on importing a bunch of games not available in your region. The 3DS has been out for long enough nobody is making DS games any more and it plays DS games; you'd be better off buying a GBA player or GBA SP to play Gameboy games.
